Indo German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC) established Indo German Training Centre (IGTC) in Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore. This institute offers a post Graduate programme in Business Administration. The duration of the course is 18 months. The selection of the candidates for the course is based on the admission test called Indo-German Training Centre Post Graduate Program in Business Administration Admission Test (IGTC PGPBA Test). The programme offers German system of classes and training. IGTC is an organization with excellent facilities and provide better training for the students to increase their managerial skills. They offer 100% placement support for their students.

Structure of IGTC PGPBA Test

The admission test consists of two different stages. At first the candidates have to attempt a written test and a group discussion. After completing the first stage, the candidates have to appear for a personal interview. The written test is 100 marks test consists of five sections. The question are to check the candidates skill in verbal and Quantitative ability, Reasoning, general awareness and English Communication and written skills. The group discussion is conducted mainly for evaluating the candidates’ subject knowledge, communication skills, leadership skill, listening skill etc.

The personal interview section will be conducted by the training companies collaborated with IGTC. The interview contains questions to evaluate the candidates’ Communication skill, creativity, leadership quality etc. Those who clear the selection will be eligible for getting admission for the PGPBA programme in IGTC.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates with any graduation degree with 50% marks can apply for the admission test. The company sponsored candidates can apply for the test. The candidates having any work experience will get special consideration. 50 marks will be awarded to the candidates having any work experience. The last year graduate students can also apply for the test but they have to fulfill all the eligibility requirements before the time of admission.

How to Apply?

The application form will be available in the Indo German Training Centers or offices of Indo-German Chamber of Commerce offices and also in their official website www.igtcindia.com. The candidates can obtain the application form from the website or directly from the test centers. The cost of the application fee along with the exam prospectus is Rs.1000/-. The candidates can pay the fee directly in the training Center. They can also pay the cash in the form of Demand draft to the concerned authority.

How to fill the Form?

The candidates must follow all the guidelines given in the prospectus for form filling. Any mistakes in form filling lead to the rejection of the form. All the columns in the form must be filled correctly. The signature of the candidate should be put in the prescribed column. The candidates should mention the test center they prefer to write the exam. The demand draft and other papers should be enclosed with the application form. The filled form should be reached at IGTC before the last date of receiving the application form.

Last Date for receipt of completed application forms: Last week of April, 2012

Study Plan

The candidates have to prepare a study plan. The candidates have to understand the topics mentioned in the syllabus for the exam. Try to spend at least two hours in a day for the exam. Collect all available notes, text books, question papers, guides etc which help them to study for the exam. The candidates should practice to take down short notes at the time of reading the text books. Last minutes study will not help the students. It makes them more tensed at the time of the exam. Try to conduct mock tests after covering each topic. By following a good study plan makes the candidate to score good marks in the entrance exam.

The result of IGTC PGPBA Test will be get from the official website of IGTC www.igtcindia.com. All the details for the exam will be there in the website.

Score Validity

The IGTC PGPBA Exam score is valid for one year.
