This paper consists of the topics like general principles of drafting, drafting and agreements, drafting of various deeds, memorandum and articles of association, legal pleadings and written submissions, equity, debentures and bonds, working capital and its types, efficient capital market theory, etc.

Sections:

In this Drafting Appearances and pleadings papers, you would see that the entire paper structure is divided into two sections. These are Section A and Section B. Both the sections are of 50 marks.

Time and marks:

The total marks offered in this paper are 100 and are required to be solved within the time limit of three hours.

Syllabus:

The syllabus of this paper consists of compounding of offences, drafting of affidavit in evidence, drafting of petitions, drafting of pleadings, drafting of agreements under the companies act, drafting of various deeds, drafting of agreements, etc. The entire syllabus is covered in the paper with exception of chapters or modules here and there.

Paper Pattern:

There are total 8 questions in this paper. These questions are distributed among the two sections of the paper. Each section of the paper contains 4 questions. The total marks for each section is 50. A total of three questions are to be attempted in each question of which the first one is the compulsory. The first questions of each of the section contain 20 marks and the other question contains 15 marks.
