Candidates those who are interested to pursue a career in the field of interior designing should possess high amount of knowledge and creativity and they should also have a clear idea of how to make use of the available space.

For becoming an established interior designer, the candidate has to undergo rigorous training. The interior designing courses are carried out by several institutes in India. But the minimum qualification that a candidate should possess in order to pursue a course in interior designing is a pass in the higher secondary examination. Entrance Exam after 12th for Interior Designing

Students those who dream of becoming an interior designer have to pass the entrance examination that is conducted by the various institutes. The entrance is conducted to test the drawing and designing skills of the candidate. The extent of one’s imagination and ideas can be indicated with the help of a portfolio.

Candidates those who have passed the higher secondary examination from any of the recognized boards are eligible to apply for the entrance test conducted by the various institutes.

Students those who have passed the general education in the advanced level from any foreign countries that are acknowledged by the Association of Indian Universities are eligible to appear for the entrance test.

Aspirants those who possess a pass in the tenth standard examination from the National open school are also eligible to apply for the examination.

Those candidates those have completed a 3 year diploma that is recognized by All India Council Technical Education can appear for the entrance exam.

Apply for the Interior Designing course after 12th

Candidates those who have successfully completed the 12th grade can apply for the course in interior designing. The age of the candidate should fall between 17 and 23 years.
