The Jankidevi Bajaj Institute is a Management Institute and its full name is Jankidevi Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. It is located in Mumbai in Juhu. It came into existence in the year 1997. Earlier it was functioning in some other building but now it has got its own campus and building. It is affiliated to the SNDT Women’s University.

Campus

The Institute has got a good sprawling campus and has all the modern facilities equipped. It also has got internet connectivity throughout the campus. The library is well equipped with all the books related to the course and also has subscription of the national and international journals. Basically the institute has got almost everything for a sound and proper study to be conducted.

Courses Offered

The full time courses that are offered are the MMS, MPMIR, MBA in retail management and PG Diploma in Environment Management. In the Executive program we have the MBA – Executive which is a two years programme. In the part time courses we have the PG Diploma in Human Resource Management, Finance Management, Marketing Management, and Insurance Management. There are also PhD programmes that are available.

Admission Procedure

The institute follows its own admission procedure to the various courses that are offered by it. The admission is based on merit obtained in the various national and state level examinations to the management institutes that are there in the state.

Placements

The placement cell of the institute is very well managed and headed by responsible person. The companies that recruit form the institute includes AIS, Infosys, ITC, Kotak Securities, Bajaj, Bank of India, Ceat, MTNL, Mahindra and Mahindra and many other big companies.
