Junior Research Fellowship, Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research
Profile:
Indira Gandhi Center for Atomic Research was established in the year 1985. Initially it was named Reactor Research Centre but later it was renamed to Indira Gandhi Center for Atomic Research. The centre comes under the Department of Atomic Energy. The major objective behind the establishment of the centre was to have a research facility which can also act as a nuclear power plant for providing a helping hand in meeting a percentage of the electricity demands of India.
Job Profile:
Candidates are invited to apply for the posts of Junior Research Fellowship in the Departmnet of Atomic Energy in Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research.
Eligibility:
Candidates should not be more than 28 years of age as on 1 July 2010.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates are required to have a degree from any recognized institute or university for applying for the posts of Junior Research Fellowship in Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research.
No. of posts: Total 50 posts are available.
Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be given the prescribed salary.
Selection process:
The selection process for the posts of Junior Research Fellowship includes both the written examination followed by an interview with the selection committee.
