Kamala Nehru College, Delhi
Kamala Nehru College of Delhi, established on 20th July 1964, was previously named as Government College for Women. The College initially had very small branch and few numbers of students and staffs. It used to offer courses only in the Arts Stream. The founder Principal was Dr.K.K. Gorowara. The college conducts various bachelor courses in Arts, science and Commerce for the candidates in order to provide a complete platform to build their career. The institute offers 118 courses by establishing 13 such institutions which are affiliated to the Delhi University.
Infrastructure:
The Kamla Nehru College is one amongst the few oldest colleges of India which provides excellent and spacious campus. It also has a well equipped Computer Lab with Internet connections and a library which is equipped with books according to the fields like arts, commerce and science. Hostel facilities are also available for the students of this college.
