Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) invites applications for the post of Management Trainees in various disciplines.

No. of posts –  249 (Mechanical Engineering - 185; Electrical Engineering - 35; Computer Science Engineering - 10; Fire Engineering -04; Human Resources - 15)

P ay Scale – Rs. 11900 - 32000.

Eligibility:

Age Criteria: Upper age limit is 25 years for Engineering Professionals and 27 years for HR professionals, as on 1.12.2010.

Educational Qualification: Professional for Engineering field must have completed B. Sc (Eng.)/B. Tech/B.E as full time degree course from any deemed university/university/college/institution with approval from AIU/UGC/AICTE. Professionals for HR field must have completed MBA in Human Resource as full-time course or candidates with MA (IR & PM) or candidates with post graduate diploma with specialization in human resource from an approved institution can also apply.

Selection Process:

Candidates are selected for the post through written test, group discussion, personal interview and medical fitness test.
