Punjab Agro Industries Corporation (PAIC) was established in the year 1966. The main objective of the corporation is to provide quality inputs through fertilizers, pesticides and tractors to the farmers. The corporation also helps in promoting and assisting export and distant marketing of Horticulture productions. The corporation is also responsible to focus on contract farming, procurement of food grains and marketing of quality agricultural inputs. The corporation thus helps in improving agriculture and serving the farmers and agripreneures of the Punjab state.

Job Profile:

Punjab Agro Industries Corporation (PAIC) Ltd invites application from eligible candidates for the following Manager posts.

No. of posts: Total number of posts is 24, which is divided as follows: Senior Manager (General) - 3, Manager (General) - 9, Manager (Accounts) -12

Pay Scale – Senior Manager (General) - Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs. 6600; Manager (General) - Rs. 10300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs.5000, Manager (Accounts) - Rs. 10300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs.5000

Eligibility:

Age criteria – The minimum age limit is 18 yrs and the maximum age limit is 37 yrs. Both lower and upper age limit are relaxable according to rules.

Educational qualification – The candidates must have specific educational qualification and experience as prescribed by the Corporation. For details refer the Corporation’s website.

Selection Process:

The selection process will be through interview, and on the basis of weightage of educational marks, and experience.
