Eligibility Requirement:

Educational Qualification: For applying to the position of Manager (Technical) in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical and Civil Engineering fields, candidates must be Bachelor of Engineering degree holders in appropriate branches. However, first preference will be given to candidates with Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing/finance.

Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with three-year post qualification experience in the specialized areas like financial and banking sector.

Analytical Ability requirement: Candidates must possess aptitude of marketing and broad understanding of industrial scenario. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in finance/leading consultancy organizations and banks in finance related project activity.

Age requirement: The minimum age limit is 21 years and maximum age limit is 37 years to apply for the position of Manager (Technical).

Selection procedure:

The bank reserves the right to conduct either written test or interview for the position of Manager (Technical) according to the number of applications received.
