Company profile: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited is premier public sector organization fro undertaking infrastructure projects for Indian Railways. It also works in areas like mobilization of financial resources, port connectivity etc. It has an annual turnover of Rs1800 crores and many on going projects all over India.
Job profile: The managers and the executives will be required to work in the departments like civil for construction and infrastructure, electrical and signal departments. They will be responsible for managing the activity schedules and employees under them.
Eligibility: A candidate must not exceed the age of 55 years. A candidate must be working in a PSU or a govt. organization. No other candidate can apply.
Educational Qualifications: For Deputy General Manager – A candidate must be an engineering graduate in civil, electrical or communication engineering with a relevant experience in civil, electrical or telecom department.
For Manger/Assistant Manager - A candidate must have either a degree or a diploma in civil, telecom or electrical engineering with a relevant experience.
For Senior Executive/Executive – A candidate must have a diploma in any of the above stated streams.
All these qualifications must be from a recognized university.

Pay scale: For a DGM the pay scale will be Rs32900-58000, for a Manager the pay scale will be Rs24900-50500, for an Assistant Manager the pay scale will be Rs20600-46500, for a Senior Executive the pay scale will be Rs16400-40500 and for an Executive the pay scale will be Rs12600-32500 plus other usual allowances as per the rules.
Selection process: The candidates will have to appear for an interview. The selections will also be based on qualifications and experience.
