Master of Education is a Postgraduate educational Degree.  M.Ed degree is awarded for a program in Education. M.Ed is a shortened form of Masters Degree in Education. M.Ed is usually a 2-year program. There are 2 semesters included in the program. The course is available in different subjects. M.Ed program covers instruction, administration and counseling. The candidates can study the program across India. The course is provided at most of the District Institute of Education & Training centers all over the nation. How to fill in M.Ed Entrance Application form

Those who are interested in the M.Ed program can get the application form from the respective authority. Candidates can get it through post also. They should send a request letter for getting the form through postal service. Another option to fill the form is through online. Applicants can fill the form and take a print out and send it to the director of admission. A DD with a specified amount should send with the form. The aspirants must not make any mistake in the form. If there is any mistake found, it will be rejected.

M.Ed Entrance Exam Pattern

M.Ed entrance exam duration is 1 ½ hours. The questions are objective type. Four alternatives are there for every question. The aspirant should choose one best response. Incorrect answer does not contain any negative marking. The topics include in the exam are Teaching process, guidance, educational psychology and school management.

M.Ed Course Evaluation

M.Ed program duration is two years. There are two semesters include in the M.Ed course. The course contains lectures, examinations and internal assessments. Dissertation is mandatory for every student. Examinations carried out at the end of every semester. Most of the institutes conduct the university exam only. In the initial stage, the aspirants will get good payments in the government schools. The remuneration starts from Rs. 15000 onwards. After 3 or 4 years of experience, they can earn more than that. The remuneration varies based on the positions. In the private sector, the candidates can get a salary between Rs. 20000 and Rs.40000 per month.
