Madhya Pradesh Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited has called for online applications from eligible candidates for the position of Office Assistant Grade III and here are the details regarding the notification:

Name of the Vacancy: Office Assistant Grade III

Number of Vacancies: Total number of vacancies is 60, which is divided among the different categories of candidates as follows:

• General – 30

• SC – 10

• ST – 12

• OBC - 08

Training – Selected candidates will have to undergo training for a period of six months and after successful completion of training, they will be allocated with regular job positions.

Pay Scale: Office Assistant Grade III will be getting a stipend of Rs.5700/- per month during the period of training. On successful completion of training, they will be appointed in a pay scale with basic pay as Rs.5700.

Eligibility requirements:

Educational Qualification: Candidates must be full-time graduates or they must possess equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institution with any of the following criteria:

• Not less than 60% of aggregate marks for OBC/unreserved candidates

• Not less than 50% of aggregate marks for SC/ST/handicapped candidates

They should also have completed a certificate of passing in computer examination in any of the following categories:

• Diploma course from any university recognized by UGC

• Diploma course from any open university recognized by UGC

• Diploma level examination from DOEACC

• Diploma in modern office management from a Government polytechnic college

However, candidates with degrees in B. Sc (CS), BCA and B. Com (Computer) with required percentage of mark, need not possess diploma course certification.

Age: Minimum age limit is 21 year and maximum age limit is 30 years.

Selection Procedure:

Performance of candidates in written test followed by interview will be the criteria for their selection. Written test is planned to be conducted on the afternoon session of 8th January 2012.

Application fee:

No application fee shall be paid by SC/ST/handicapped candidates and for unreserved/OBC candidates, the application fee shall be Rs.300. Applications can be submitted online through MP Online Kiosk and payment can be made in cash through Kiosk and the portal charges shall be Rs.60 for all category candidates.
