Eligibility:

Candidates must be a citizen of India. Candidates must be between 18 to 28 years of age as on 1 April 2010 for the posts of Officer Junior Management Grade Scale-I and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) in Samastipur Kshetriya Gramin. SC/ST candidates will get relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit while OBC and Physically Challaneged candidates will get relaxation of 3 and 10 years respectively.

Educational Qualification:

Officer Junior Management Grade Scale-I: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in any discipline or its equivalent. Preference will be givento the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Veterinary Science, Information Technology etc. Candidates should have proficiency in local language. Candidates should also have knowledge of computer applications.

Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university. Proficiency in local language i.e. Hindi and knowledge of computer applications are desirable for the post.

Officer Junior Management Grade Scale-I: Only 15 posts are available.
Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Only 40 posts are available.

Pay Scale:

Officer Junior Management Grade Scale-I: Consolidated salary of Rs. 14500-25700 per month.
Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Consolidated salary of Rs. 7200-19300 per month.

Application Fee:

Officer Junior Management Grade Scale-I: For General and OBC categories candidates, the amount of application fee that is need to be paid is Rs. 500 while Rs. 125 is the amount of application fee for the post of SC/ST candidates.

Office Assistant (Multipurpose): For General and OBC categories candidates, the amount of application fee that is need to be paid is Rs. 400 while Rs. 100 is the amount of application fee for the post of SC/ST candidates.

Canidates should pay the application fee through a challan form that can be downloaded from the website of bank.

Selection Process:

THe selection process includes both a written examination and interview test. Only eligible candidates will be called for the written test and only the qualified candidates of the written test, will be called for the personal interview test.
