Allahabad UP Gramin Bank has invited applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Officer Scale I and the details regarding the notification issued by the bank for the same are given below:

Name of the Vacancy: Officer Scale I

Number of Vacancies: Total number of vacancies is 41, which is divided among the different categories as follows

SC - 06

OBC – 11

ST – 03

General – 21

Pay Scale: Candidates appointed for the position of Officer Scale – I will come under the pay brand of  14500 – 600/7 – 18700 – 700/2 – 20100 – 800/7 – 25700.

Eligibility requirements:

Educational qualification: Candidates must be degree holders from a recognized university  and they must be proficient in the local language, knowledge of computer application is desirable.

Age Requirement: Age requirement for the position of Officer Scale - I is between 18 and 26 years as on the date of online registration. Selection Procedure:

Selection of candidates will be based on their performance in written test followed by interview. The written test is fixed to be conducted on 16th of October 2011. Application fee:

Candidates will have to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs.500, which is inclusive of postal charges and SC/ST candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs.100, which is postal charges alone. When depositing the fee candidate will be issued with a receipt with date of deposit, branch code number, branch name and transaction number by the bank. How to apply:

Candidates fulfilling the eligibility requirements, will have to apply online through the website of the bank at http://www.allahabadgraminbank.in/joomla between 2nd August and 30th of August 2011. Once application is made online, the system generated print out should be kept by the candidates for future reference and no other means of application will be accepted.
