Cauvery Kalpatharu Grameena Bank was established as a regional rural bank under Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976. The bank actually came into existence on May 24, 2006. The bank was formed as a result of the amalgamation of Cauvery Grameena Bank and Kalpatharu Grameena Bank. The bank is sponsored by State Bank of Mysore. The bank is actually a scheduled Commercial bank which is responsible for carrying out all kinds of business activities. The bank is owned by Government of India, Government of Karnataka and State Bank of Mysore.

Job Profile:

Cauvery Kalpatharu Grameena Bank is inviting applications from eligible Indian Citizens (domicile of Karnataka) for the following positions of Officer Junior Management Grade Scale-I and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) depending on their educational qualification and professionals skills.

Eligibility:

Candidates must be an Indian Citizen and also domicile of Karnataka. For both the specified positions, candidates should have age more than 18 years. Candidates are also required to have age less than 26 years as on 1 July 2011. Reserved categories candidates will get relaxation of few years in the upper age limit set for the posts. SC/ST candidates will get relaxation of 5 years, OBC candidates will get relaxation of 3 years and PD candidates will get relaxation of 10 years in the upper age limit.

Educational Qualification:

Officer Junior Management Scale-I: Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university is required for the post. Preference will be given to the candidates having Computer Knowledge.

Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university is required for this post. Candidates, who have done Higher Secondary School examination of 10+2 or 10+2+3 pattern, are also eligible to apply for the post.

Pay Scale:

Officer Junior Management Scale-I: Consolidated salary of Rs. 14500-25700 per month.
Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Consolidated salary of Rs. 7200-19300 per month.

For General and OBC categories candidates: Rs. 350 for each post.
For SC/ST/PD/Ex-SM categories candidates: Rs. 75 for each post.
