Rajasthan Ayurved University was established in the year 2003. Professor Banawari Lal Gaur is the Vice Chancellor of the university. The university is the first Ayurved University of Rajasthan and is the second Ayurved University of the country. About 42 colleges or institutions are affiliated to the Rajasthan Ayurved University. The campus of the university is spreaded in an area of 322 acres on Jodhpur-Nagaur Highway at Kadwad, Jodhpur. The university offers various diploma, degree and certificates courses to the students.
