Indian Institute of Management (Kashipur) has its temporary campus located at Ganna Sansthan, Kashipur. Professor Devi Singh is the Director of the institute. The institute is actually a graduate business school in Uttarakhand. There are approximatley 60 students studying in the institute. The foundation stone for the institute was laid by the HRD minister, Kapil Sibbal. The campus of Indian Institute of Management is spreaded in an area of 200 acres.

Indian Institute of Management (Kashipur) is inviting applications from eligible and professional candidates for filling up the following faculty positions of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor. The faculty positions are available in the following areas of Business Communication, Decision Sciences (Statistics), Information Technology and Systems, Legal Management, Marketing Management, Operations Management, Strategic Management, Economics & Business Environment, Finance and Accounting, Human Resource Management. All interested candidates should follow the eligibility conditions set for the below mentioned positions.

1. Recruitment of Professor:
Posts Available: Only 10 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in appropriate branch with atleast 60% marks in aggregate at the preceeding degree and a good academic record throughout. Candidates should possess minimum of 10 years teaching or research or industrial experience.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 10500.

2. Recruitment of Associate Professor:
Posts Available: Only 10 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in appropriate branch with atleast 60% marks in aggregate at the preceeding degree and a good academic record throughout. Candidates should possess minimum of 6 years teaching or research or industrial experience.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 9500.

3. Recruitment of Assistant Professor:
Posts Available: Only 10 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in appropriate branch with atleast 60% marks in aggregate at the preceeding degree and a good academic record throughout. Candidates should possess minimum of 3 years teaching or research or industrial experience.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 8000.

Selection Process:

Recruitment of eligible candidates will be made strictly through the conduct of a personal interview test. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the initial screening of their applications. Only shortlisted candidates will be allowed to appear in the interview test. Successfull candidates of the interview test will be considered as the selected ones.
