University profile: Jamia University is a premier and a reputed university. It started in the year 1989. It has a variety of departments such as medical, non medical etc. It has also got good facilities of infrastructure and other recreation facilities. It has an excellent placement record. 

Job profile: The professors will be required to provide education and training to the students in various departments such as pharmacology, pathology, microbiology etc. They will also be required to help the students with their difficulties and also prepare the examination papers.

Educational Qualifications:

For professor – A candidate must possess the MD degree/ DNB degree in pathology with an experience of 3 years as an associate professor.

For associate professor – A candidate must have PhD/MD in the relevant field with a minimum of 5 years experience.

For assistant professors – A candidate must possess a good academic record and a master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks or PhD degree.

No. of posts: There are 10 posts in total which includes 1 post for professor, 2 for associate professors and 7 for assistant professors.

Pay scale: The pay scale for a professor is Rs37400-67000 plus a grade pay of Rs10000, for an associate professor it is Rs37400-67000 plus a grade pay of Rs9000 and for an assistant professor it is Rs15600-39100 plus a grade pay of Rs6000.

Selection process: The candidates will have to undergo an interview.
