Job Profile: The candidate must have effective client relationship management to originate business. He should achieve individual targets and growing account profitability to maintain a high service standard and compliance will be his goal.
He should ensure stability of income from existing set of clients. He should direct the team of Associate relationship managers and product managers to drive business profitability and growth.
Qualifications: The candidate must be CAs and MBA/PGDM from Premier Institutes. He should have good credit knowledge for deal structuring. He must have good communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills with ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization.
Experience: Minimum 4 to 10 years of relevant work experience in relationship, corporate banking is required.
