Job Profile: The main role of sales manager is to recruit the advisors and achieve expected sales targets through them and on consistent basis. He should have good sales records and sales management role with potential to leads others.

He should have excellent networking skills to drive and generate leads. He should be hard working and dedicated towards his work.

Educational Qualifications: Graduate candidates can apply for the post. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communications skills with strong hold on local language also.

Experience: The candidate must have 2 to 8 years of experience in sales, in any industry except Life Insurance. Experience of sales in financial industry would be added an advantage.
