Job profile: The candidate would be required to increase customer relationships through better customer management, perform micro marketing activities, recruit and develop training procedure for new sales associates, motivate the sales team to achieve the companies set business targets. He would also be required to control cost of acquiring of customers, increase the volume of the insurance policies sold there by increasing the book size of the branch.

Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate with good communication skills in English Language as well as local regional languages. The candidate is required to have strong analytical as well as managerial skills.

Experience: 3 - 6 Years in sales as well as handling a team of 10 to 15 sales associates.
