Job Profile: The candidate should be able to handle 13 or more team members and oversee day to day operations. He should be able to coach and mentor team members by conducting one-on-one sessions. He should be able to manage team and individual performances. He should handle monthly balanced scorecard of the team members.

He should be able to lead and facilitates knowledge transfer activities to junior team members and peers. He should be able to manage and resolve complex service requests and critical issues, communicates risk. He should ensure operational excellence by monitoring and ensuring team goals.

Qualifications: The candidate should have a degree in Computer Science or in Info Security. He should posse’s technical proficiency with security-related Financial Institution system. He should have good knowledge of AS400, UNIX, Wintel, Databases, Active Directory and Outlook. He should posse’s excellent analytical, social and communication skills.

Experience: The candidate should have 2 to 6 years of experience in IT Security, Banking Security environment, IT Security Administration or system administration.
