Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) came into existence in the year 1957 after the Lee Commission recommended setting up a Central Public Service Commission in India. Actually before the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission came into existence, the Madras Service Commission was established in 1929 with 1 chairman and 3 members.
Job Profile:
Eligible candidates are called for by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission for the position of Senior Inspector of Co-operative Societies.

Pay Scale – Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade pay of Rs. 4200
Eligibility:
Age criteria – The minimum age limit is 18 yrs and the maximum age limit is 30 yrs. For Destitute Widows belonging to any caste and for candidates falling under any of BCM, BC (OBCM), DC/MBC/ST/SC (A)/SC category, the maximum age limit is 35 years. The upper age limit for people with degree in Law is 32 yrs.

Candidates, who are interested in applying for the post can get the OMR Application form from sub-post offices or head post office in Sivaganga, Alagapuram, Puducherry or Tamil Nadu on remittance of Rs. 30 towards application fee or they can also get the application form from the TNPSC’s sales counter at its office located at No.1, Greams Road, Commerical Tax Annexe Building, Chennai -600006. Application can also be made online through the website of Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission.
Duly filled in application forms must be sent/dropped in the below mentioned address with all essential documents and postal receipt of the fee:
