Job profile:

Candidates can apply for the posts of Manager and Senior Manager depending on their educational qualification.

Eligibility:

Candidates should not be more than 40 years of age as one 31 December 2009 for the posts of Senior Manager and not more than 35 years of age as on 31 December 2009 for the post of Manager. Graduation or Post Graduation degree with 50% marks in any discipline from a recognized university is desired.

Educational Qualifications:

Candidates are required to have Should have a Master’s Degree in Business Management/
Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management for applying for the post of Manager and Senior Manager.
