Job Profile:

Eligible Indian nationals are invited to apply for the posts of State Program manager, Filed Operations Manager, Consultant - Data Management and Communication Manager in HLL Lifecare Limited. The vacancies are available in various locations i.e. Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and Trivandrum. Selected candidates will be recruited on a fixed term contract basis only. However, the period of contract may get extended on the basis of candidate’s performance.

1. Recruitment of State Program Manager:
No. of posts: Only 5 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Candidates are required to possess MBA degree from a recognized institute or university. Besides this, candidates should also possess minimum 5 years experience in Pharma or OTC Marketing or FMCG or Sales field.

2. Recruitment of Field Operations Manager:
No. of posts: Only 5 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Candidates are required to have done Graduation degree from a recognized institute or university. However, candidates with MBA degree will be preferred. Candidates should also possess minimum 5 years experience in FMCG or Parma field.

3. Recruitment of Consultant (Data Management):
No. of posts: Only 5 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Candidates are required to possess Graduation degree from a recognized institute or university. Besides this, candidates should also possess additional qualification in Computers and minimum 2 years experience in relevant field.

4. Recruitment of Communication Manager:
No. of posts: Only 5 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Candidates are required to possess Graduation degree from a recognized institute or university. Candidates possess MBA degree will get preference over others. Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field.

Eligibility:

Candidates must have age less than the prescribed age limit or else they will not be considered eligible for any of the speciied posts. The maximum age limit set for the post is 45 years as on 1 February 2012. There may be relaxation provided to the reserved categories candidates as per the rules and regulations of Government of India.

Selection Process:

Only shortlisted candidates will be called to appear in the Personal Interview Test that will be conducted on a specified date. Shortlisted candidates will be intimated about the date of interview test.
