In the year 1992 Subhash Menon founded the IT Company Subex Azure. The aim behind this was to provide Operation Support System solutions to telecom operators worldwide. The company has at present 150 installations in more than 60 countries. Earlier the company was known as Subex Systems and its business was limited to telecom hardware integration. The revenues of the company have reached now to US$ 100 million.

Subex Azure is a leading service provider to reputed Communication Service Providers such as IPTV, Triple Play, Quad Play and many advanced architectures such as IMS.

The company recruits engineering graduates every year from various technical institutes across the country. The pattern of the test is given below:

The selection process has 5 rounds. They are a Written Test, 3 Technical Interviews and 1 HR Interview.

The written test consists of questions based on C and C++. There are two sections in the written test. The first section is objective in which there are 20 questions and the time allotted is 30 minutes. There is a negative marking of 0.5 marks for every wrong answer. The next section is Programming sections I which there are two questions out of which one is to be answered. The time allotted is again 30 minutes.
