Sutherland Global Services is a renowned company. The selection process of the company consists of four rounds. The selection process is described below:

The first round is to test the listening skills of the candidates. This round is easy. Some simple and short conversations are played and the candidates are required to answer questions based on it. This is quite similar to the questions in the TOEFL cassettes.

The second round is to test the communication skills of the candidates. The candidates should be grammatically correct while speaking and they need to be a bit fluent. Confidence is the key to succeed in this round. Even if you get nervous do not let it show on your face. This round is very important.

The third round is the technical round. Candidates should have basic knowledge in networking and hardware. The interviewer must be convinced that you know something about hardware and troubleshooting.

The fourth and the final round is the HR Round. This round is to test the communication skills, the attitude, the background etc of the candidates. Be normal and fluent while answering the questions.

If you successfully complete all the rounds, you will be given the offer letter on the same day.
