Central Vigilance Commission was formed in the year 1964 by its governing body, Government of India. The head quarter of the commission is located at New Delhi. Mr. Pradeep Kumar is the Central Vigilance Commissioner of the commission. The commission was started with the aim of addressing the governmental corruption. This autonomous body is responsible for monitoring all the vigilance activities under the Central Government of India. The first ever Chief Vigilance Commissioner of India was r. Nittoor Srinivasa Rao. Examining the civil works performed by Government of India, is also a major function of the commission.

Job Profile:

Central Vigilance Commission is making recruitment of best suitable candidates on the following vacant positions of Technical Examiner (Electrical). Only eligible Indian Nationals are invited to apply for the posts of Technical Examiner (Electrical). All interested candidates should check the eligibility conditions set for the specified position. Eligibility:

All the eligibility conditions set for the post of Technical Examiner are required to be fulfilled by the candidates, who are interested in applying for it. The age criteria is also need to be fulfilled by the candidates i.e. candidates should not have age more than the prescribed maximum age limit or else their applications will not be considered by the commission.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates are required to be an officer of the status of Executive Engineers in the Engineering departments of the Government of India. Those candidates, who are officers and holding an analogous post in status Government offices, are also eligible to apply for the specified posts of Technical Examiner (Electrical) in Central Vigilance Commission. This qualification criteria is also strictly need to be followed by the candidates in order to be eligible for applying for the posts.

Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be given the prescribed amount of salary i.e Rs. 15600-39100 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 6600.

Selection Process:

A interview test will be taken by the selection commitee for making final decision on the selection of eligible candidates in Central Vigilance Commission. Only shortlisted canddiates will be called to appear in the interview test. A Selection Committee will be responsible for making selection of best suitable candidates on the specified posts of Technical Examiner (Electrical).
