Job profile: The Technical Support Process provides first-level support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers and /or peripherals using available tools. The main aim is to guide customer for troubleshooting and to identify products that have Customer Issues and issue service calls in accordance with guidelines, escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues. Also to maintain log and sufficiently document all contacts with customers in specified tools.

Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate in any stream. (10+2+3) Candidates with Hardware Certification, MCSE or A+ Certification would be given preference. The candidate should have excellent Communication Skills in English and should possess good knowledge of computer Hardware and Windows Operating systems.

Experience: 0 - 2 Years
