Technician - Rajiv Gandhi Centre for aquaculture (RGCA)
Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Aquaculture (RGCA), the R&D unit of the Marine Products Export Development Authority (MPEDA), is engaged in the development of eco-friendly and bio-safe Sustainable Aquaculture Technologies of best possible features. RGCA is also engaged in developing a high-tech technology transfer and training centre for propagating the developed technologies.
Job Profile:
Rajiv Gandhi Centre for aquaculture (RGCA) invites application from eligible candidates for the post of Technician on deputation/ contract basis.
No. of posts: Technician - 2, Technician (Projects) - 19
Pay Scale – Consolidated pay of Rs. 8400 per month. Consolidated pay of Rs. 12000 will be paid on satisfactory performance during the initial 6 months period.
Eligibility:
Age Criteria – The maximum age limit is 28 years. The upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates.
Educational Qualification and experience – The candidates must have specific educational qualification and post qualification experience as given in the MPEDA website link http://mpedaweb.nic.in/job/ADVTrgca.pdf.
Selection Process:
The selection for the post is through walk-in interview. A short test will be conducted to test the computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and internet usage, during the interview.
