Job Profile:

Eligible Indian Nationals are invited to apply for the post of Telecom Technical Assistant in Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. Selected candidates will be recruited in various districts or SSAs in Bihar. Those candidates, who have applied earlier (in the month of May 2011), need not to apply again this time. The districts in which vacancies are available are Ara, Madhubani, Khagaria, Katihar, Gaya, Bhagalpur, Hajipur, Munger, Darbhanga, Chapra, Katihar, Patna etc.

Eligibility:

Only Indian Nationals are eligible for applying in BSNL Bihar for the post of Telecom Technical Assistant.

The minimum age limit set for the post is 18 years as on 31 October 2011.
The maximum age limit set for the post is 27 years as on 31 October 2011.

The age limit is relaxable by few years for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH/Departmental candidates categories.

Educational Qualification:

Three years Diploma in concerned discipline Engineering must have been obtained by the candidates for applying in BSNL Bihar. Candidates should have done Diploma in Engineering in the disciplines of Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Radio Engineering, Computer Engineering, Instruments Engineering or Information Technology. Candidates with M.Sc. degree in Electronics from a recognized institution or university, are also eligible for the specified post.

All interested candidates (except SC/ST candidates) are required to pay the prescribed amount of application fee in the form of Demand Draft. Amount of application fee for icandidates is Rs. 500 only. However, SC/ST candidates are not required to pay any kind of application fee. The demand draft must have been drawn in favour of The A.O. (B&A), BSNL, Office of the CGMT Patna.
