Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University conducts exam for the various medical courses every year that are offered as a part of the regular classroom program by the university. However this subject in particular deals with the different health policies that are introduced in an area to ensure the good health of the people.

Importance of the paper

The medical sociology subject involves human interactions in particular. So it is rather evident that as far as the different health policies formulation age concerned, they are in accordance and reference to the society as a whole and the different health care delivery ensures that the social health is in high grades.

Format and Paper Pattern

As usual the paper has 100 marks. All questions in is paper are compulsory and there are no alternatives as well. The paper has two parts: Elaborate on and Write notes on. Eleborate on has 2 questions and write notes on has 10 questions.

Marking

Elaborate on carries 40 marks and has 2 questions of 20 marks each. Write notes on carries 60 marks and has 10 questions of 6 marks each.
