UPCAT-DENTAL 2011 BDS
Association of Private Medical and Dental Colleges of Uttar Pradesh is conducting ALL India Common Admission Tests UPCAT-DENTAL for admission into Bachelors of Dental Surgery or (BDS) course 2011-2012. UPCAT is conducting by the UP Medical group under approved of Government of India for providing admission to the candidates from all over the India. All the colleges providing this BDS course under this entrance test are also approved by Government of India and are recognized by AICTE.

Eligibility criteria:
• Applying Candidate must have completed 10+2 level in science stream with biology as the mandatory subject with a minimum of 50 % aggregate from the recognized board to be eligible for this course.
• Aspiring Candidate must not be less than 17 years of age to be eligible for this course.
Important Dates
. Sale of application form: Mid week of March, 2011.
• Last dates for submission of completed application form: First week of May, 2011.
• Date of Examination All India Common Admission Test UPCAT-DENTAL: Last week of May, 2011.
Examination pattern and syllabus:
1. Examination will be of 3 hour
2. Total number of questions – 200 MCQs
3. 50 question each of physics, chemistry, botany and zoology.
4. +1 for correct answer and there will be a no negative marking system.
5. The syllabus of examination is the course as per the class 12th examination
