Course Details:

Yashoda College of Nursing offers Bachelor of Science in Nursing course with affiliation from the NTR University of Health Sciences. The duration of this course is four years and the course normally commences during the month of September every year. The medium of instruction followed by the college for this course is English. An academic year for this course will have not less than 220 working days exclusive of public holidays, examination and vacation.

Eligibility requirements:

For seeking admission to this course candidates must have completed their intermediate course with chemistry, physics and biology as optional subject or intermediate vocational nursing examination of the state of Andhra Pradesh. Admission is offered only to women students and they should have secured not less than 50% of marks in the qualifying examination. In addition, candidates should have completed 17 years of age and should not be more than 35 years as on the end of December in the year in which admission is sought. The upper age relaxation of three years is applicable for SC/ST candidates.
