Campus Selection Process for UST Global

B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/B.Com/BCA graduates are eligible to apply for selection process in UST Global. Those candidates who have completed M.Sc or MCA courses also have chances to apply. It is essential to obtain at least 60% marks through out academics. Applicants must be free of backlogs at the time of application submission. The selection procedure includes – Online written examination, Technical test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Eligibility Criteria for Campus Selection in UST Global

B.E /B.Tech (all branches) /B.Sc/B.Com/BCA graduates can apply for campus selection in UST Global. M.Sc/MCA graduates are also eligible to apply. It is compulsory for candidates to obtain a minimum of 60% marks right from 10th, 12th and graduate level to become eligible for campus selection procedure. Applicants must be free of backlogs at the time of submitting applications. It is necessary for candidates to have good communication skills with strong base in technical aspects.

Campus Selection Procedure for UST Global

A detailed campus placement procedure is followed to select candidates in UST Global which is described below –

Stage 1 – Written examination

This stage includes an online written examination conducted for candidates for a total of 60 minutes. The online written exam comprise of questions from the following subject areas –

Part 1 – Quantitative Aptitude

  • Time and Distance
  • Speed
  • Ratio and Proportion
  • Profit and Loss
  • Probability
  • Permutation and Combination
  • Percentages
  • Interest
  • Averages

Part 2 – Analytical Reasoning

  • Statement and Conclusion
  • Picture Puzzles
  • Matching Definition
  • Letter and Symbols
  • Clock

Part 3 – Non Verbal Reasoning

  • Syllogism
  • Situation Problems
  • Series Completion
  • Cubes and Dice
  • Analogy

Stage 2 – Technical Test

The second section includes a speed test section. This includes swapping and key dictionary problems.

Stage 3 – Group Discussion

Candidates need to attend a Group Discussion process which will be conducted for a total time limit of 25 minutes. Candidates will be given any recent topics and need to express their opinions on those topics. As part of this stage, candidate’s communication and analytical abilities will be evaluated.

Stage 4 – Personal Interview (Technical cum HR Interview)

Those candidates who are able to clear all the above mentioned selection procedures need to finally appear for Personal Interview. This round includes both technical and HR based questions. For technical round, candidates are asked with questions from technical topics like C, C++, DBMS, SQL, Data Structure and Java. It is also necessary to study all basic concepts regarding the specified specialization stream selected for studies. The HR round include personal questions, academic project related questions, salary expectation, knowledge about the company etc.
