Sarva U.P. Gramin Bank was founded as a result of the amalgation of 4 RRbs i.e. Uttara Pradesh Gramin Bank, Kisan Gramin Bank Budaun, Rani Laxmi Bai GRamin Bank and Davi Patan GRamin Bank. The bank was sponsored by one of the leading commercial bank of india i.e. Punjab National Bank. The headoffice of the bank is situated in Meerut. Mr. A.K. Loomba is the first chairman of the bank. The bank is working in the 14 Districts with 287 Branches and 4 Extension Counters.
