The University of Delhi offers the course of M.Tech in different disciplines such as Nuclear Science & Technology, Nanoscience & Nanotechnology, Chemical Synthesis and Process Technologies, MICROWAVE ELECTRONICS, etc. There are different papers in different disciplines for the Second Semester. The names of papers in each of the discipline are:

1.    MICROWAVE ELECTRONICS:

•    Microwave Passive Components
•    Antenna Theory and Technique
•    Communication Theory and Wave Propagation
•    Computational Electromagnetic
•    Computational Laboratory

2.    Nuclear Science and Technology:

•    Applied Thermodynamics
•    Accelerator Physics and Technology
•    Mathematical and Numerical methods in Nuclear Engineering
•    Nuclear and Computational Sciences
•    Nuclear Measurement Laboratory –II

There are other streams too. Each of the papers carries a maximum of one hundred marks and has a total duration of three hours. Each of the papers from each of the stream is associated with a certain number of credits. There are both internal options as well as compulsory based questions in the papers. Beside from theoretical based, there are also practical as well as term works that are also given few marks. Candidates should go through different Mock Questions as well as suggestions in order to secure high marks in the exam.
