State Disaster Management Authority (Punjab) was established under the Government of Punjab. The authority comes under the administrative control of Department of Revenue, Rehabilitation & Disaster Management. The major objective of the authority is to perform management work in case of any disaster that happens in the state pf Punjab. The authority mainly aims to serve the people residing in the state of Punjab only. The authority performs tasks such as Capacity Building for diaster Response programme.

Job Profile:

Applications are invited from eligible and professionals individuals for the following positions of District Response Centre Professionals, Disaster Management Coordinator, Media Manager, Accountant, Statistical Analyst and Web Designer in State Disaster Management Authority, Punjab.

1. Recruitment of District Response Centre Professionals:
Posts Available: Only 30 posts are available.
Age Limit: Candidates should be between 21 to 35 years.
Educational Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science or Post Graduation in Disaster Management or Information Technology or Computer Applications or Statistics or Geo Information System or Remote Sensing.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 16000 per month.

2. Recruitment of Disaster Management Coordinators:
Posts Available: Only 11 posts are available.
Age Limit: Candidates should be between 21 to 35 years.
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate degree in Disaster Management from a recognized institute or university.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 16000 per month.

3. Recruitment of Media Manager:

Age Limit: Candidates should be between 18 to 35 years.
Educational Qualification: Degree in Journalism or Mass Communication from a recognized institute or university.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 20000 per month.

4. Recruitment of Accountant:

Age Limit: Candidates should be between 18 to 35 years.
Educational Qualification: B.Com with atleast 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized institute or university.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 16000 per month.

Age Limit: Candidates should be between 21 to 35 years.
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Statistics with IT Proficiency from a recognized university.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 16000 per month.

Age Limit: Candidates should be between 21 to 35 years.
Educational Qualification: B.Tech degree in Computers with Diploma in .NET from a recognized institute or university.
