Job profile: The candidate would be required to perform financial reconciliations / Merchant Acquiring or back end operations in a Banking process for the company. Candidate would be required to take inbound Queries from the customers and provide them with appropriate solutions. The candidate will be required to work in a 24 / 7 environment as well as night shifts.

Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate with a minimum of 50% marks. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English language. Also the candidate must be familiar with MS Office.

Experience: 2 - 5 Years, with a prior experience in financial and merchant acquiring.
