M8,i scored 116 too in WBJEE 2012 in Engineering n Going by Last Years trend hopefully my rank should be around 800-1000,but then again this years Mathematics paper was a bit lengthy n challenging so my rank mght tilt to a lower zone..
For medical,i can say since the chemistry paper was also a bit different than last year U can expect to secure around 1200 or so.. consult with ur frnz n observe how many have crossed 125.. that'll give u some idea
