i have lock councilling choice filling(IIT JEE ) form without filling any choice i want to unlocked it?

IITJEE councelling is online where you can fill as many choices as you wish. For your help last years cut off is also provided. After filling you need to submit the form online after verification.A print of the same is taken and signed by the student and parents.
This signed hard copy is sent with a draft of Rs 1000.00 to zonal IITchairman.
Please fill many choices and there will be no need to 'unlock'
Anyway it is not possible to change choices after submission of form inline.

can i unlocked my choices at the time of second or third time counselling.

I did the same mistake in 2012. What to do now?

Immediately proceed to zonal IIT with your all related documents and request them , for correction of what mistake happened.They will definately help u .All the best
