I have completed my diploam in coimbatore which is in Tamilnadu state.
Can i get the Engineering admission in karnataka in lateral entry scheme?
Can i get the admission in governmet or government aided colleges?
What is the procedure should i follow as a non resident of karnataka?

and as i havent done any schooling in karnataka,will i be able to get engenireeing admission in karnataka for lateral entery scheme,
