Sorry, to say that female candidates are not eligible to join Indian Army as per UPSC guidelines. Only unmarried male candidates who have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination from a recognised board are eligible to apply for NDA examination for joining in Indian Army. So, being a female candidate, you are not eligible to apply for NDA examination for joining in Indian Army.

Women officers are inducted in the Indian Army through the Short Service Commission scheme.
Under this scheme, the female candidates aspiring to be a part of Indian Army must appear for Combined Defence Services examination.
The CDS exam is conducted twice a year in the month of July and November bye UPSC.
Undergraduate females in appear in this test.
