If you have the residence certificate of Andra pradesh than you will be non residence of Tamil nadu.
As per the government law, if you are a female and married then your residencial certificate would be based on your husband's residence. If you are a bachelor and below the age of 18 years then your residence certificate would be based on your parents. If you are more than that and living in Andra pradesh for more than 7 years then you can place a request for residence certificate of your own. |
