Which graduation course is best for MPSC/UPSC?
I am Apurva Korhale. I have completed 11th from Science stream. Now, I am in 12th in Latur. I want do my career in MPSC/UPSC. I am confused which degree is best for me. Is medical a good option or not?

MPSC or UPSC examination conducts various examination for recruitment as an officer in state as well as central service respectively.
The common required qualification to appear for the examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university. The age limit varies with examination. So, you can select any course for the bachelor degree to become eligible to appear in the examination. So, if you are interested in medical course, you are eligible for it. If you are interested to appear in UPSC exam then I must tell you that degree is not any specification in this exam. You can complete your graduation in any stream in which you are interested.
And if you want to study mainly for UPSC exam then graduation in Arts will be beneficial for you because there you will study subjects like Geography, history, economics etc. And these subjects are comparatively much easier than science subjects. |

The eligibility criteria for MPSC or UPSC Civil Services examination:
1. Eligibility criteria states that bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university is the minimum academic qualification. You can pursue bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university. 2. The age criteria is 21-32 years for UPSC exams. You can pursue bachelor's degree in any stream of your choice. |

In order to appear in UPSC exams,a candidate must aap completed graduation in any stream from a recognised University and there is no percentage criteria.
So, I would like to suggest you to pursue graduation in any stream as per your choice. |
