Previous year cut of mark of afcat exam? could u pleae tell me the cutoff marks

Previous years cutoff mark for AFCAT exam was 60%.

Eligiblity for AFCAT is
60% in graduation..level......


The total paper consists of 200 objective type questions and are asked from four Subjects.They are

• General Awareness 40
• General English 40
• Quantitative Aptitude 40
• Reasoning Ability 40
• Marketing/Computing 40

and exam is of duration 150 Minutes ...


Cutoff is not fixed and it may vary based on many things like number of people attending, number of requirement etc.

Cut off marks ::

There is sectional cutoff in the examination .Last year the cutoff the examination is 145 marks which means that if you score more then 45 or 50% then there are much chances of you to clear the written examination of the AFCAT.

Pattern of AFCAT:

It consists of 100 questions of duration 2 hours and each question carry 3 marks. Thus AFCAT is a 300 mark test. This examination consists of four sections as below:

General Awareness
English language.
Numerical Ability.
Reasoning and Military Aptitude Test.

Eligibility for the exam ::

Flying Branch

You should be between 19 to 23 years.
You must must have the B.E / B.Tech degree or a Graduate in any discipline with minimum 60% aggregate marks and should have maths and physics as a compulsory subjects.

Ground Duty Branches

Your age should be between 20-27
You should have the PG or Bachelor degree in any subject with at least 60% aggregate
marks.

Technical Branch

You must be between 18-28 years of age
You should have done your Engineering with minimum 60% marks.

Dear the cut off marks of defense service are not announce only the name list of selected cadets announce so no one can tell you the cut off list detail. it never announce only the selected cadet names announced.
