In commerce stream, there are many options available in the market. You can go with Taxation, Budget Analysis, Finance, Auditing etc. These are the most popular key areas in the field of Accounting.

as i have been a student of commerce i would like to share my experience with you, people used to scare me of opting commerce as even today people think that commerce have less carrier branches in comparison to science students but its high time to wake up now coz a lot of carrier options are here 4 us, if u r good in maths and enjoy doing calculations or quantitatative figures why dont u opt for ca, cs or icwa.its my suggestion 2 u if u want to discuss anything more about this do reply

I will advice you to go for C.A or ICWA or any other course in cost accounting,it will be good for you.

I suggest you to do C.A. it is only a prominent field,that a commerce student can do in India at present.

Melvin paul i do agree wid ur suggestion for ashish but only to a limited extent as no doubt about the fact that ca is a prominent field but in the changing senario cs and icwa are emerging as prominent carrier for students, as per a recent survey there is requirement of more than 1 lakh cs in india and there are only 25 cs at present time so dont take any field inferior here coz india is a wide place having multiplicity of edcation fields.

thats good you can apply for ICAW or C.A. if you are interested in accounts, then go for this courses.
