i got 90% in 2 exam and 185 cutoff will i get medical seat in second counselling ?

I got 96% in PCB in 12th standard and 68% marks in mhcet. Are there any medical colleges that will give me admission in mbbs? I'm ready to pay 5lakh as donation and less than 5lakh as annual fee!
