what is the age limit for 10th in cbse

my son dob is 19 Sept.2001. He can admitted for Class X exam or not. What is the cut off date for age limit to appear for class X.

my student d o b is 4-1-2004 and he is going to class 10th for the academic year 2016-2017 .so please tell me that he can be eligible ao appear accoring to his age for 10th class in cbse.

My daughter D.O.B. is 30-04-2007 and now she is in 6th class. When she is in 10th class her age will not complete 14 on 31st march .so she can appear in exam that time.

Age Limit:

Minimum Age

Date of birth of the student must be born on 31st March in the same year of admission - 14 years is minimum.

Maximum Age.

Date of birth of the student must be born on 31st March in the same year of admission - 16 years is maximum.
