What should i do to become IPs Officer Being a candidate of 11th maths?

I am in 11th n doing a IT commerce n I want to become an IPS or IAS officer,and I need a help to now how and wat should I do?

As u r in class 11th n ur aim is to bcm a ips offcr so u hv to follow such things:
1.) read newspaper so it makes ur gk strong....specially read sports section
2.)make ur vocb strong .....use dictionary that makes u perfect in communication n vocb..
3.)also focus :
Comprehension
• Interpersonal skills including communication skills;
• Logical reasoning and analytical ability
• Decision making and problem solving
• General mental ability
• Basic numeracy (numbers and their relations, orders of magnitude, etc.) (Class X level), Data interpretation (charts, graphs, tables, data sufficiency etc. — Class X level)
• English Language Comprehension skills (Class X level).
